The State Duma again does not let relocators who have left the Russian Federation and work abroad remotely get bored.
Today they announced that they are going to pass a law on raising taxes.
By the way, if you become a tax non-resident when you live more than 6 months abroad, you must pay personal income tax 30% of taxes.
But if you renew your agreement for a GPC agreement, then you can not pay personal income tax in the Russian Federation at all.
So I recently decided with my employer, while such a scheme works.
But here, in the Duma, they apparently understood about this and decided to introduce a law that equates a freelancer to a resident of the Russian Federation, in general, NDFL (personal income tax) is doing 30% for us
Here is such a fucked up, they are persistently trying to force all those who disagree to return to Russia, but it seems to me that this does not work.
The law, when approved, will come into effect on January 1, so there is still some time to work :)
